Check-in time is at 3 pm and check-out is at 11 am. We cannot guarantee early check-in or late check-out, but will note your request and do our best to grant it.

Guaranteed early check-in is subject to an additional fee.

Late check-out requests are subject to the hotel’s availability and will be advised on the day of departure.  Late check-outs are also subject to additional fees up to a full night’s rate. 

Yes, all guests are required to present a valid credit card along with a form of identification for security purposes when checking into the hotel. We also require the total amount of your stay plus an additional authorization amount of $150 per night for incidental charges to be accessible on the card upon arrival.

Gift cards are not a valid form of payment.

Cash and debit cards may be used as payment upon check-out.

Card used for deposit must be present upon arrival.

Most reservations require cancellation 48 hours prior to arrival. However, certain offers and packages may require additional advanced notice for cancellation.

If reservations are canceled after the designated cancellation deadline, a fee equal to (1) one night’s room and tax will be charged (unless otherwise specified) .

Luxe Sunset Boulevard Hotel offers our guests 24-hour valet parking. Overnight parking charge is $49 per car, per night, taxes included which can be charged to your hotel room bill.

Visitor parking is available with rates starting at $11 for the first hour, $10 for each additional hour with a $49 maximum. Please note that rates and policies are subject to change without notice.

Restaurant valet parking is $8 with validation.

The Resort Program Fee is a mandatory flat $30 (subject to local tax and board fees) that will be charged to your stay nightly. The Resort Program Fee includes:

• Complimentary bottle of water upon arrival offered
• Complimentary enhanced and secured WiFi
• Access to the Luxe Fitness Center
• Access to the Luxe Heated Pool
• Complimentary Business Center
• Complimentary in-room coffee, tea, and water replenished daily

Our heated outdoor pool is open daily for swimming from 7 AM - 10 PM.

Pet Policy:

The Luxe Sunset Boulevard Hotel only allows dogs on the premises of the hotel, no other pets are permitted.

In order to accommodate our guests, particularly those relocating their residences or otherwise having extended stays, Luxe Sunset Boulevard Hotel allows guests to have their dog in the guest room with them. We recognize that boarding your dog for an extended time is not only expensive but deprives both you and your dog of companionship and normal interaction. Because there will be guests checking into the same room after you and your dog leave, we must take certain steps to clean the room in order to make it available to other guests.

After a guest with a dog checks out, the hotel must clean the carpets, drapes, bedspread and other linens; the hotel must fumigate the room to remove any fleas or other pests that may have been inadvertently introduced to the room while your dog resided with us. Because we do this cleaning after check-out, this charge can vary depending on your length of stay.

For this reason, we add a non-refundable cleaning charge of $250.00 to your account upon check-in for dogs 50lbs and under.
In addition, you are liable in the event your dog damages room furnishings, including carpets and soft goods. Your credit card will be charged for the reasonable cost of repairs.
 

Pet Rules & Guidelines:

• Only (1) one household dog per room. Dogs must weigh less than 50 lbs.
• Dogs may not be left unattended in the room at any time.
• Dogs must be under the owner's control and may not disturb other guests.
• Any dogs that are noisy, dangerous, intimidating or destructive will not be tolerated and will not be allowed to stay in the hotel. Dog owner is responsible for any damage.
• Dog owners are required to pick up after their pets and properly dispose of all dog droppings.
• For the safety of our housekeepers and maintenance staff and to avoid your dog running out the door, we ask that you confine your dog in a carrier or be present when your room is being serviced. We require that your room is serviced by our housekeepers at least (3) three times per week if you are a long-term guest.

Luxe Sunset Boulevard Hotel is a 100% non-smoking hotel.  Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property including guestroom patios or balconies. The registered guest is responsible for any smoking inside or near the room.  A non-refundable smoking fee of $350 will be charged to the credit card on file if there is evidence of smoking in or near the guestrooms.

Luxe Sunset Boulevard Hotel provides a prestigious setting for corporate and social events. Our Bel Air hotel offers more than 13,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor event space including a spectacular 4,5000-square-foot ballroom, flexible meeting rooms and stylish outdoor terraces. Please note that individual reservations may not be booked under the following conditions: 10 rooms for one night or more, or 20 room nights total or more.
