Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. Guaranteed early check-in may be available for an additional fee. Late check-out is confirmed on the day of departure and may incur additional fees, up to a full night’s rate.

Yes. Guests must present a valid credit card and photo ID at check-in. The card will be authorized for the full amount of the stay plus $150 per night for incidentals. The card used for the reservation deposit must also be presented upon arrival.

Gift cards are not accepted as payment. Cash and debit cards may be used for payment at check-out.

Most reservations require cancellation 48 hours prior to arrival. However, certain offers and packages may require additional advanced notice for cancellation.

If reservations are canceled after the designated cancellation deadline, a fee equal to (1) one night’s room and tax will be charged (unless otherwise specified) .
