Please review the FAQs below to learn more about the distinctive services and features that make the Luxe a preferred destination among Rodeo Drive hotels. As the only boutique luxury hotel located right on iconic Rodeo Drive, we pride ourselves on offering an unmatched level of hospitality along with amenities designed for sophisticated leisure and business travelers. Q. What time are check-in and check-out?

A. Check-in time is at 3 pm and check-out is at noon. We cannot guarantee either early or late check-in; however, as with all special requests we will always note the preference in your reservation. If we have the availability, we will be delighted to offer a late check-out. Please note there is a half-day rate (half of your current rate) for staying in your room until 5pm, and check-out after 6 pm warrants a full day rate (based on the rate you are paying). Again, late check-out is solely based on availability and with confirmation from the front office.


Q. Do I need a credit card to check in?

A. All guests at our Rodeo Drive hotel are required to present a valid credit card at check-in along with a form of identification for security purposes. Upon arrival, we require the total amount of your stay plus additional authorization for incidental charges to be accessible on the card. Gift cards are not valid as a form of payment. Other forms of payment are available in advance. Check payments are required 14 days prior to arrival to allow processing time. Direct billing is available for select corporate accounts with proper credit approval.


Q. What is the cancellation policy?

A. Most reservations require cancellation 48 hours prior to arrival. However, certain noted specials and packages may require additional advanced notice for cancellation. If reservations are canceled within the 48-hour period a fee equal to (1) one night’s room and tax will be charged.


Q. Do you offer parking?

A. Luxe Rodeo Drive Hotel offers our guests 24-hour valet parking off Rodeo Drive. The parking charge is $36 nightly, which can be charged to your hotel room bill. Visitor parking is also available, with rates starting at $5 per 1/2 hour, up to $20 per 24-hour period. Rates and policies are subject to change without notice.


Q. Do you have a fitness center or pool onsite?

A. Our rooftop fitness center is equipped with state-of-the-art exercise equipment, including a recumbent bike, elliptical, fitness balls, workout mats, treadmill, deluxe multi-purpose bench, weights and resistance tubes. We do not have a pool at the hotel.


Q. Are you pet-friendly?

A. We do not accept pets on site at this time. However, we can arrange boarding for your pet while you stay with us.


Q. Do you offer smoking rooms?

A. Luxe Rodeo Drive is a 100% non-smoking hotel. Some rooms provide outdoor patios to accommodate smoking guests. Please note that if you smoke inside of a guest room, a fee of $350 will be charged to your hotel bill for deep cleaning.


Q. How do I arrange Spa Services?

A. Luxe Rodeo Drive Hotel offers in-room spa treatments in addition to special spa access and treatment rates with certain area spas. Please contact the concierge at 310-273-0300 for more information on the spa services available to you during your stay.


Q. Do you offer rates for long-term stays?

A. Yes, we do offer long-term stay rates for guests visiting for longer than 30 days. Rates are based on availability. For additional information contact the hotel sales department or email rodeo@luxehotels.com.


Q. How do I book an event?

A. Luxe Rodeo Drive Hotel will be delighted to host your wedding, meeting or any other intimate event. Our experienced and caring professionals are available to handle every detail and request. Q. Do you offer transportation?

A. Luxe Rodeo Drive Hotels offers exclusive limousine and shuttle transportation services. To arrange transportation to or from our Rodeo Drive hotel, please contact our concierge at reception.rodeo@luxehotels.com.


Q. Do you have an early departure fee?

A. We do not currently have an early departure fee; however, if you decide to check out of your room after 5pm, you will be charged for the full night.


Q. What is the club fee on my statement?

A. The Luxe Club on Rodeo experience is available to guests upon booking their room with an inclusive fee of $35 plus tax, per adult, per night. The Luxe Club on Rodeo provides guests access to the tasting room and bar daily. Young adults, ages 12-20 years-old, access the Luxe Club on Rodeo for $20 per child/young adult per night, and children under 12 are able to experience the club free of charge.


Q. What times are the tasting room and lounge bar available?

A. Continental breakfast is served from 6:30 am-10:30 am, an afternoon tasting menu from 12pm-2pm, and an evening taste from 5pm-8pm. The lounge bar will also offer wine, beer, soft drinks, and selected cocktails from 5pm-10pm. A 24-hour beverage center will also offer coffee, tea, and water.


Q. Is there an age minimum for check-in?

A. You must be 18 years old with valid ID to make a reservation and check-in at the hotel.
