GROUP POLICIES AND PROCEDURES
From Beverly Hills and Bel-Air to Barbados, Barcelona, Bali and beyond, Luxe has the perfect destination for your group. Select a hip and cool urban setting, historical site or luxurious golf and spa resort, Luxe members will serve your guests with the type of accommodations, meeting requirements, dining choices, recreational activities and entertainment desired.
The following general group policies are presented as planning parameters and may be modified based on current hotel member conditions offered at the time of booking:
- A booking will be considered a group with ten (10) or more paid rooms and applicable deposit received by Luxe Worldwide Hotels’ Groups Department as stipulated in the final group contract.
- First night room and tax due sixty (60) days prior to arrival. Balance due thirty (30) days prior to arrival.
- Cancellations must be made thirty (30) days prior to arrival or for groups with over fifty (50) rooms, sixty (60) days prior to arrival.
- Rooming List is due thirty (30) days prior to arrival.
- Complimentary rooms will be determined on an individual booking basis.
- Marketing aids such as digital images, slides and brochures are available.
