Q. Are pets allowed at the hotel?
A. Luxe City Center Hotel is a dog friendly hotel. The Hotel offers complimentary accommodations for dogs. No pet fee or deposit required. The number of dogs per reservation is limited to two.
Q. How much does it cost to park at the hotel?
A. Overnight Valet Parking is $40 plus tax and includes in and out privileges and 24 hour secured parking. The Hotel does not offer self-parking.
Q. Who would I contact about planning a meeting, group or a wedding at your hotel?
A. The Luxe City Center Hotel offers 6000 sq ft. of meeting and event space including a ballroom, boardroom and 2600 sq. ft. patio. For information please email email@example.com or telephone 213-748-1291.
Q. Do you offer Free Breakfast at the hotel?
A. No, however, each day the hotel serves breakfast in the Hotel’s restaurant located on the second floor.
Q. Is there a resort fee at the hotel?
A. No, the hotel does not charge a resort fee; however, a credit card is required at check in. A $50 per day “hold” will be placed on your card to cover expenses such as parking, and other room charges you may incur during your stay. At check out you will have the option of leaving these charges on your credit card or paying with another method and the “hold” will be released in 3 – 5 business days according to your individual financial institution. Overseas accounts may take longer.
Q. May I make a reservation via email?
A. No. Credit card information is required to book a room and for security reasons we recommend you Book Online, call direct to 213-748-1291 or Toll Free 1-888-336-3745.
Q. Do you have rollaway and / or cribs?
A. Yes. There is a $20 per day fee for rollaway and cribs are free. Some rooms may not accommodate a rollaway and fire codes may limit the number of persons that may occupy a room.
Q. Do you offer babysitting services?
A. The Hotel does not offer babysitting services; however, there are several companies in operation in the area. The guest service desk can assist you in setting up a sitter. These companies are operated by outside agencies, are licensed and bonded and charge by the hour. Many have a 4 hour minimum.
Q. Is there transportation to other parts of LA for dining and shopping?
A. Yes. Public transportation is available to various locations throughout Los Angeles. Taxis and town car services are also available. Visit the hotel’s Concierge for the most convenient form of transportation.
Q. Does the hotel have guest laundry?
A. The Hotel has coin operated laundry facilities. Guest laundry is open from 7am – 10pm.
Q. Does the hotel provide transportation to and from the airport?
A. The Hotel does not provide transportation to or from the airport. There are several options for ground transportation including public taxis and www.supershuttle.com or www.primetimeshuttle.com
Q. Do all the guest rooms have bathtubs?
A. Our Superior, Deluxe and Executive Suite guestrooms feature luxurious rain shower heads, however no bathtubs. The Hotel’s two exclusive Platinum Suites do feature spa style bathrooms complete with a soaking tub.
Q. Will the hotel receive and hold packages for guests?
A. For packages under 25 pounds a fee of $10 USD will be charged; packages 25 pounds and over, (comma) $25 USD. Pallets are $250 USD each. Guests may store packages for up to 3 days. After 3 days additional storage fees will apply.

A. Check in time is 3:00 PM. Check out time is 12:00 PM.
Q. Is there a Fitness Center?
A. The fitness suite is located on the third floor, and available from 7am – 10 pm. Workout equipment includes: Precor EFX 883 Elliptical Fitness Cross Trainer, Precor TRM 885 Treadmill, Precor UBK 885 Stationary Bike. Downtown L.A.’S Gold’s Gym offers complimentary access for Luxe City Center Hotel guests and is located three blocks from the Hotel.
