Martin's Relais does not offer an on site restaurant, however it features two lovely dining rooms that can be booked for special events. The hotel is famous for its buffet breakfast, which is served in a historical room at the end of the building featuring a tasteful décor of antiques and beautiful canal views.

Breakfast has been written up many times as one of the best in Belgium. The opulent royal buffet, served at an open fire and surrounded with candlelight and classical background music, offers a wide range of meats, cheeses and smoked fishes as well as home baked croissants and breads for delightful dining in Bruges. Freshly brewed coffee and the finest range of teas are served along with unlimited French Champagne. Room rates do not include breakfast.
