Globe Restaurant
Featuring unlimited culinary expressions, Globe was created to be a cool haven to indulge the senses in earthly pleasures. All menu items are a carefully selected mix of local and international ingredients, presented with an artistic flair in an environment designed to complement each meal. The spectacular open kitchen features granite pillars covered with cold running water and scented herbal arrangements. An endless wine display is one of the other eye-catching decorative items at the entrance. A wide variety of fine china and glassware are also part of the total decor. Breakfast is a la carte or served “chef to guest” at one of the innovative interactive cooking stations where guests select from the freshest ingredients and breakfast is prepared in front of them in the open kitchen. Lunch and dinner are a la carte. Breakfast: 7am - 11am Lunch: 12:30pm - 3pm Dinner: 6pm - 10pm.
View Restaurant and Bar
An al fresco delight, View serves crispy pizzas, fresh foccacias and the most extravagant seafood preparations from the kitchen to your table. The most daring ceviches are prepared to order. Guests select the ingredients and View’s trained “cevichero” magically mixes them into an exciting delight. Bartenders blend spectacular margaritas and coladas. For dinner, a wide variety of daily changing Mexican creations are served under the rays of the Mayan moon. View is an elegant and relaxing outdoor restaurant under a thatched roof surrounded by lush gardens and breathtaking views. At dinner, the candle lights and torches add to the dramatic atmosphere. Lunch: 10.30am - 3pm Dinner: 6pm - 10pm.
YUZU
An Asian grill and sake parlor, Yuzu features exciting culinary Asian creations, including Japanese, Mandarin-Chinese, Thai and Vietnamese cuisine, all available in one single venue capable of satisfying the well traveled palate. Guests enjoy a sake stir in the sake parlor before dinner while making their dinner selection from the extravagant menu. Once the chef has prepared the selected dish, guests are guided to the dining area to enjoy the succulent creations. The entrance is through handcrafted sliding doors over a wooden floor. The restaurant is divided in three by beautiful river fountains. Dinner: 6pm - 10pm.
TINTO
Wine & Piano Bar Tinto was designed for guests with an adventurous palate and a passion for great wine. Tinto Wine & Piano Lounge features extraordinary vintages of outstanding wine to be enjoyed in a sophisticated yet relaxing setting with soothing tones of music playing in the background. Superb wines are served in the finest hand blown crystal to assure that all flavors will be appreciated to the fullest. Daily vintage wine tastings are offered in a “flight of wines.” Select your favorite, combine it with some tasty Mayan fusion delights and enjoy in a refined quiet haven. Exquisite after dinner drinks are offered, including tequila sours and single malt whiskies. Tinto’s décor is extravagant and eye catching, with liquors displayed in a colorfully lit glass bar display. Relaxing seating areas with lazy chairs, plush sofas and comfortable chairs invite guests to relish the moment. Tinto is open daily from 12 noon until 12.

The 24-hour room service offers a tempting, refined menu to suit any fancy, from a light snack to the finest dinner accompanied by superb wines selected by the hotel’s sommelier. Popcorn and snack service is available for those who wish to watch a movie in the room on their DVD.
