In addition, we also feature spacious outdoor lounging decks that are perfect for casual gatherings and receptions. Awaiting you near our Phoenix hotel is a full line of meeting and audio/visual equipment, available through local vendors.

Our largest meeting room is the High Flight Ballroom featuring 1,500 square feet, which is ideal for larger meetings, meal functions, wedding receptions and social gatherings. This room can be divided into two separate rooms, High Flight I and High Flight II for smaller meetings, meal functions or breakout rooms.
