DESIRE

A chic, seductive tease, this luscious enclave infused with sensual glamour morphs from day to night, its changing moods enhanced by erotic, capsicum artworks on the walls. Featuring a menu with culinary creativity, Desires contemporary European cuisine will tantalize the tastebuds and arouse the passion. Open for breakfast from 7.00am to 10.30am (Mondays to Fridays), 7.00am to 11.00am (Saturdays and Sundays), lunch from 12.00pm to 3.00pm, and dinner from 7.00pm to 11.00pm.

BREEZE

This quaint, cozy alfresco seafood bar and grill is located on the open rooftop space of The Scarlet, with a spectacular panoramic view of Chinatown and the city skyline. Breeze offers refreshing salads, scrumptious fresh seafood platters, a galore of succulent grilled meats, as well as a wide range of exotic cocktails and wines. Open from 6.00pm to 1.00am (Mondays to Thursdays), 6.00pm to 2.00am (Fridays and Saturdays), close on Sundays.

BOLD

A bar with attitude for trendsetters and fashionistas, Bold more than lives up to its name. Bold features premium wines, champagne, as well as an exquisite array of cocktails and a delectable menu of canapés. Located beside the lobby. Open from 2.00pm to 2.00am daily.
