Boasting Meetings & Conventions’ 2009 Gold Key Award, the Palms features a variety of key elements when it comes to coordinating the perfect meeting. The Palms Casino Resort offers beautifully designed Las Vegas meeting rooms, theaters, themed suites, lounges and restaurants to suit a variety of events. Complementing the 65,000 square feet of meeting space at the Palms is The Pearl, a 2,500-seat concert theater situated directly below a 10,500-square foot ballroom. It’s no wonder the Palms was chosen to host the 2007 MTV Video Music Awards and 2009 NHL Awards.

 

The Palms is ideal for both small and large meetings, conferences and seminars. The hotel’s in-house audio and visual vendor, PSAV, is available for a variety of production needs. The property has 30 meeting rooms with a maximum capacity of 1,200 people. Meeting services include audio/visual equipment, catering, video conferencing and eight dedicated meeting personnel on site to assist with the planning.
