The famous Ristorante La Colomba, a historic Venice establishment serving lovers of fine cuisine and culture for over seventy years, is steps from Hotel Royal San Marco. After World War II, this restaurant became a staple of Venice's cultural rebirth, represented by the presence of the key players of modern art, including Picasso, Vedova, De Chirico and Morandi, who left behind sketches and original drawings, often used to pay for the bill.
