Statue of Liberty/Ellis Island

The most well-known symbol of freedom, Lady Liberty stands 151 feet above New York Harbor and has a winding staircase inside for visitors to climb up. View the Statue of Liberty up close, or view her from afar at Hudson River Park in Manhattan, the Brooklyn Bridge, or the Staten Island Ferry. The nearby Ellis Island Immigration Museum is known as a historic opportunity for millions of immigrants. The museum offers film, archives, photos and recordings on what coming to America meant.

Central Park

More than 800 acres of fields, walking trails, waterways, playgrounds, skating rinks and ponds lay hidden in the middle of Manhattan, offering a refuge for locals and tourists alike. Intrepid Sea-Air-Space Museum
